We, at HK, have team of professionals to be appointment as an External Member under IC Committee of the organisations in compliance with POSH Act.

In accordance with the provisions of the POSH Act, the Internal Committee (IC) of every company or firm is duty-bound to prepare an annual report every year and submit it to the employer as well as the District Officer of the area.

Every organisation with 10 or more employees is mandatorily required to form an Internal Committee under POSH ACT
