In accordance with the provisions of the POSH Act, the Internal Committee (IC) of every company or firm is duty-bound to prepare an annual report every year and submit it to the employer as well as the District Officer of the area.

Formation of Internal Committee

Every organisation with 10 or more employees is mandatorily required to form an Internal Committee under POSH ACT
